Tell Us

At Poltair School we are creating an inclusive culture, that essentially leads to students feeling safe, secure and attending a happy environment which promotes individual wellbeing and positive behaviours.

Child-on-child abuse can happen both inside and outside of school and online. Child-on-Child abuse occurs when a child is exploited, bullied and /or harmed by their peers who are the same or a similar age; everyone directly involved with child-on-child abuse is under the age of 18 which is the legal definition for a child in England.

Harmful sexual behaviour (HSB) is inappropriate sexual behaviour displayed by children and young people which is harmful or abusive.

At Poltair School we will not tolerate these behaviours and promote a "telling culture" where students are able to report concerns and feel heard by staff.
