We are asking to get to know your child better via two short survey forms below. One survey is for parents and carers to complete, whilst the other is for your child to complete with your assistance.
The information you share in the forms below will be used by our transition team and September’s Year 7 tutors to make your child’s step up to secondary school as smooth as possible.
