All schools are able to spend the Pupil Premium funding how they wish, providing that it is being used to help reduce the attainment gap between all pupils and those who are deemed to be disadvantaged. Some examples of how the funding has been used include:
- Employing teaching assistants
- Focused support for small groups or one to one tuition
- Subsidising uniform or educational trips
- Supporting enriched curriculum opportunities
Poltair School received £254,920 of Pupil Premium funding for the academic year 2018-2019. We received this money in addition to our main school funding.
