Poltair pupils have today been celebrating their GCSE achievements as results at the school have improved for the third year in a row.

The vast majority of the students received due recognition for their hard work over the last five years. Connexions advisors and Cornwall College St. Austell staff were on hand to help and support students as they begin the next phase of their lives.

Stephen Tong headteacher commented "We are delighted with this year's results as they confirm the pattern of improving outcomes at Poltair. May I congratulate the pupils on their collective and individual successes which are well deserved. We wish them continued success as they meet the challenges of the future and trust they will look back at their time at Poltair School with a real sense of pride. A huge thank you to all Poltair staff whatever their role in supporting this year's GCSE students."
