Abigail Caple of Poltair school has been selected as one of only 4 students from Cornwall Netball Development to join the Team Bath Under 19 National Talent League Netball squad. This is a huge achievement in sporting terms - think of it as being in the Premiership in Football!!

The squad trains twice a month and after its launch later in the Autumn members will take part in a series of 10 matches. Running alongside this, Abi will also take part in the Regional Excel Netball Academy - the technical training element for under 19 athletes. Abi only turned 15 in August so this is an amazing achievement . Linzi Booth Director of Specialism at Poltair said: 'We are hugely proud of Abi's achievement. She is a talented all rounder who represents the school and her netball club with incredible modesty. She is part of our Junior Athlete Education programme which supports talented athletes at the highest level. We look forward to her successes in the future.'
