The first of many St Austell Primary School Games Qualifiers for 2015-2016 was held on Thursday 8th October at Poltair School. With Six schools competing in the area Netball tournament it made for a fantastic competition. All the children that attended the tournament really enjoyed themselves from competent netball players to complete novices everyone enjoyed the day and did their schools proud.

After 15 rounds of matches and every school challenging themselves against each other we had Bishop Bronescombe in 6th; Charlestown in 5th; Mount Charles in 4th; St Mewan in 3rd; Pondhu in 2nd and Carclaze in 1st. a Big well done to Carclaze and Pondhu for qualifying for the Mid Cornwall area final which is due to be held on the 13th November at Newquay Treviglas where they will show case their skills against the other area winners.
