Poltair Masterchef Final 2015

Thursday 12 February saw the eagerly anticipated Masterchef Final arrive. It was a very close fought round - so much so that the judging panel needed to go back and re-assess on several occasions because the standard was so high. There are certainly some budding Cornish chefs in the clutches of Poltair School.

Finally a decision was reached and this placed the top three in the following order:

  • First: Miss Obet and Shannon Priestley
  • Second: Mrs Kellow and Bradley Woodward
  • Third: Miss White and Leah Read

Well done to them all!

All the contestants who took part received prizes and the winners were awarded special prizes (their awards were presented to them in house assemblies this week).

I would like to say a very big 'THANK YOU' to everyone who took part in the competition (staff and pupils). A special mention also to Mrs Dinsdale for all her support, she has been 'fab' throughout the three rounds!
