Poltair pupils and staff really entered into the spirit of this year's Red Nose day for Comic Relief by dressing up in a variety of animal costumes including 'onesies', face paint and masks and not forgetting Jules and Tom's sleeping bag slugs! The 'Do something funny for money' theme was well and truly demonstrated in jelly-transfer relay races, welly throwing and male staff leg waxing-(ouch!). For those less willing to take risks they could buy something delicious from the popular bake sale. Well done to all the pupils and staff who took part, to the prefects who helped out and to Miss Sullivan who organised the event. We raised close to £500 which is 10% of this year's charity fund-raising target in just one event!
