Poltair pupils enjoyed a week of special reading-related activities in the run-up to World Book Day . There were photo and bookmark competitions and live readings each break by staff reading their favorite books in the library . Pupils were able to visit the special book sale in English lessons and staff took full advantage of a 'book swap' in the staff room. Then on Thursday-World Book Day itself- the whole school held a 'Stop and Read' session.
